Dog Friendly Ingredients

While some of our favorite ingredients are just fine to share with our dogs and can even provide some health benefits to them, we have to remember that other ingredients can
be very harmful. Therefore, it is common to have dog friendly recipes in order to keep our dogs safe. Be careful not to mix up or cross contaminate similar looking ingredients like chocolate chips and carob chips. Chocolate is very harmful to dogs, while carob is perfectly ok! Other common foods that you shouldn’t feed your pup are grapes, raisins, avocado, apple seeds/core, peach pit, onion, and raw dough. As regularly noted throughout the recipes, if you’re unsure about something, be sure to ask your veterinarian.
